BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit salons in Colombo & selected districts.
  • Identify and onboard new salon partners.
  • Manage orders, coordinate training & logistics.
  • Support salons with marketing activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum A/L qualification. A diploma in sales, marketing or business management will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, business development or a customer support.
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare or wellness industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is a plus.
