Overview of the role

The cashier of the company plays a vital role in managing financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

What you will do

• Handling lease payments from clients, whether they are made in cash, check, or electronically.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Assisting clients with questions about their accounts, payment issues, or lease agreements.
• Regularly reconciling cash drawers, bank statements, and financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Ensuring that all transactions and processes comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Preparing and submitting financial reports or summaries as required by management.
• Managing and recording petty cash expenditures.

What equips you for the role

• GCE (Advance Level) or Diploma in Business Administration/Finance.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Effective communication and people management skills.
• Cash handling skill & computer literacy.
