Post of Import and Export Executive

We are a 32-year-old well established ceramic decorative ware manufacturing and exporting company located in Bandaragama. We export our products to more than 50 countries around the world. We are the second largest manufacturer of quality ceramic sanitary ware with 25 years warranty holding more than 20% of the market share.

We are looking for an energetic self-motivated individual who meets the following requirements to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export documentation and procedures
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of goods
• Handle LC (Letter of Credit), BL (Bill of Lading), and other shipping documents
• Monitor international shipments and resolve logistics issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in import/export operations
• Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping terms (INCOTERMS), and international trade procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional qualifications in this field will be a distinct advantage
• Possesses a good working knowledge in MS office packages
• Preferred male candidate below 40 years of age
• Close Proximity to Bandaragama
