Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in a 5-star luxury property.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
• Proactive and focused attention on guest needs, whilst always staying calm and courteous.
• Pleasant and charming personality with excellent grooming.
• Flexible working hours, hands-on, people’s person and service oriented.
