Intern IT – Help Desk

Requirements

• A final undergraduate from a reputed university with a degree in IT or related field
• Dedicated team player.

Scope of Work

• Responsibilities include provisioning laptops, maintaining inventory records, supporting corporate events/training sessions, and assisting with software installations/updates.
• Provide initial Level 1 end-user support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
