Specialist Customer Support and Operations

As a Specialist Customer Service and Operations, you will be playing a critical role in Komar’s supply chain. You will be closely working with Komar’s Sales force to achieve sales targets of the Key customer accounts assigned for you.
You will also support the sales force by providing real-time accurate information related to the accounts and products under your purview such as on-hand inventory levels, inbound shipments to distribution centers in the US and Canada, inventory aging, customer analytics, etc.
You will be working directly with and reporting to the Komar customer service managers in Oklahoma and Sri Lanka.
You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.

What you need to have
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience in Key account management and customer support.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel particularly pivot tables, building advance excel formulas, data representation, data analysis.
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.
- Effective desk management, time management, prioritizing and multitasking.
- Experience in working on ERP system is desirable.
- Prior experience in using project management systems, ticketing/desk management systems is desirable.
- Willingness to spend a high percentage time working with data and related reporting to complete objectives and job responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter, resourceful, team player.
- Must work well independently in a busy environment as well as with others.
Responsibilities
- Customer Account Management: Open and maintain Key customer accounts assigned to you in the ERP.
- Sales Order management: Order Entry to ERP system. Reconciliation of projections with confirmed orders, monitor stocks on hand, manage inventory.
- Sales support: Provide real-time accurate information related to sales, inventory, inbound shipments, outbound shipments.
- Allies with Sales force to Resolves product or service problems, order cancelation/order alteration requests from the customer, following up sales projections and ensure customer requests are fulfilled diligently.
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly reports related to key accounts, sales, inventory, shipments, projections under your purview for timely decision making.
- Effective engagement in continuous improvement initiatives and build team capabilities.
