Job Overview
We are looking for a Transport and Maintenance Administrator to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for all transport requirements and building maintenance requirements of the group. Helping develop efficient transport operations and maintenance of assets will be a part of your job role. Besides, you should be able to prepare transportation schedules, assign drivers and maintain all related documentation.
You will be liaising with employees to understand their requirements and accordingly advise them on related transportation and maintaining all office buildings and vehicles. In addition, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as preparing transport and maintenance documents, reports, and maintaining logbook entries.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Employees and executing transportation planning and strategies
- Ensuring compliance with the safety standards related to transport and maintenance.
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments and attending to all related matters.
- Scheduling all office and building maintenance and related activities.
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining vehicle, office and building documents, invoices, and logbook entries
- Managing transportation and maintenance budgets
- Monitoring refueling of vehicles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or similar field & minimum 3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of motor mechanism and Knowledge of transportation, maintenance and related safety standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills & ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills & ability to work at irregular hours and on holidays
- Ability to coordinate with managers, drivers, and employees.
