COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and data protection policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Monitor and advise the management on adherence to laws, regulations, and internal guidelines related to compliance and data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Conduct awareness for employees and respective officers on compliance and data protection regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Serve as the key advisor on compliance and data protection obligations under statutory regulations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Business Administration, information security or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, law specializing data protection, data security or regulatory roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Effective communication and training skills.
