JOB SUMMARY

The role focuses on managing employee data, compensation, benefits, payroll compliance, and statutory obligations while overseeing HR audits, offboarding processes, and HR-related documentation. It also involves coordinating insurance, remittances, and pre-recruitment checks, ensuring adherence to labor laws and timely reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree/ Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • 4 - 5 years of Proven experience in HR.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

SKILLS

  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Experienced in handling onboarding checks, offboarding formalities, and employee query resolution.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Skilled in managing payroll processes, employee benefits, and statutory remittances like EPF/ETF.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Proficient in maintaining employee databases, compensation records, and ensuring statutory compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Adept at coordinating internal/external audits and preparing accurate HR reports and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end Talent Acquisition Process.
  • Maintain and update employee database and compensation/benefits records.
  • Consolidate Full and Final inputs, salary inputs for payroll, and manage pay portal/pay slips.
  • Administer employee benefits, statutory benefits (Gratuity, EPF/ETF), and handle insurance-related tasks.
  • Ensure payroll compliance, statutory remittance (EPF/ETF/APIT), and adherence to labor laws.
  • Communicate employee benefits, respond to statutory queries, and issue offboarding documents (B cards, service letters, EPF/ETF).
  • Manage exit tracker, coordinate ex-employment verification, and prepare HR-related letters for employees/former employees.
  • Conduct pre-recruitment reference checks (BV) and ensure compliance before candidate onboarding.
  • Prepare yearly holiday calendar, employee bonds (training/overseas travel), and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Coordinate internal/external audits, including quarterly VG audits and client-scheduled audits.
  • Collaborate with HR shared services team for seamless service delivery.
