As we continue to drive new standards of service and engineering excellence, we are expanding our operations island-wide and are seeking passionate, smart and disciplined individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Executive – Sales Support Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and documentation.
• Stock allocation to the customers.
• Register customers for advances.
• Preparing of customer registration files with necessary MOU’s and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with the PDI Division for vehicle quality related issues and prompt delivery for vehicle collection.

Qualifications:

• Good secondary education with a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
• Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field would be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Should be a good team player.
• Exposure to SAP will be an advantage.
