Our continuous expansion programmes necessitate a competent professional to join our team as an Executive – Human Resources.

Candidate Profile:

• Be partly qualified in HRM from a recognized university or institute
• Be below 30 years of age
• Have a minimum of 03 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience in HR Analytics, performance management and employee engagement would be a definite advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and Sinhala/Tamil
• Excellent level of computer literacy
• Be a team player and willingness and ability to take initiatives
