HOTEL VACANCIES

We are seeking passionate and results-oriented Front Office Staff to contribute to the success of our two unique properties: The Pedro Barn Club House, a 10-bedroom boutique property within the exclusive Little England Cottages gated community and Hotel Glendower, a 10-bedroom historic property featuring a Chinese restaurant and iconic Irish pub.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Possess a qualification in the relevant field.
  • Possess minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in Star Classed Hotels.
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Effectively address guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours when required.
  • Good team players with good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
