Officer In Charge

You should ideally

• possess approximately 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in branch banking
• full or part professional qualification acceptable to the bank will be a definite advantage
• be attentive to detail and possess a fair knowledge on branch operations
• have good interpersonal and communication skills
• have excellent team working and problem solving skills

You will be responsible for a critical operational role within the branch, focusing on transaction authorization, clearing processes, cash management, compliance, and customer service. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of financial transactions while adhering to regulatory guidelines and branch policies.

The successful candidate's grade will be decided based on their depth of knowledge, relevant skills, and prior experience.
