IT ADMINISTRATOR

We require the service of a result-oriented, dynamic, and committed individual to fill the position of IT Administrator, based at the head office of Dedigama Group (Pvt) Ltd., Maharagama.
Job Profile
- Manage and monitor internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Ensure data backups and implement disaster recovery plans
- Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system updates and improvements
Candidate Profile
- Degree or higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows environments, and cybersecurity best practices
- Having vendor certification is considered a value addition.
- Knowledge of Finger print machines, Access control systems, Security alarm systems and CCTV systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
