SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling apartments, flats, and other real estate properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Proficiency in English and either Sinhalese or Tamil is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property seekers.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Generate leads through online and offline marketing strategies, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate sales deals, prepare agreements, and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
  • Maintain an up to date database of potential buyers and follow up on inquiries.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales oriented role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and either Sinhala or Tamil.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • A passion for sales, with a results driven and target oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Sri Lankan real estate market is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
