ROLE OVERVIEW

The Assistant Manager – Business Development drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and building client relationships. The role involves market research, cross-functional collaboration, and managing the sales cycle to deliver tailored IT and managed service solutions aligned with Nova Corp’s global expansion goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify new business leads.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, and maintain CRM records.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and deliver presentations.
  • Provide sales forecasts and regular performance reports.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT or managed services.
  • Proven track record of meeting personal and team revenue targets.
  • International business experience (highly desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity solutions.
