Job Description
JOB PROFILE:
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and understand their requirements for a vehicle.
- Showcase vehicles, explain features, and provide information about different models and options.
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress.
- Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- Keep up-to-date on changes in product technology, inventory, features, and accessories.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
- Partly qualification in Sales/Marketing.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is generally considered an added advantage.
- Good computer literate with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment (Proficiency in MS Office package).
- Should below 25 years of age.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving skills. Believe in Can do attitude, Positive attitude.
- Should be a strong Team Player who can deal with multiple stakeholders.
