Title:

Sales & Marketing Executive - Chemical Products

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A' level with three passes including Business and English.
  • Preferences will be given to candidates with Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should possess pleasant and positive personality; be self-motivated, flexible and willing to undertake responsibilities with can do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure & challenging environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in selling Chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the chemical requirement at the resort and industrial market in Maldives.
  • Should have the basic understanding of the chemicals used in Swimming pool, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Laundry, Boiler, RO Plant and STP.
  • Should have the basic understanding of the chemical's application and material safety data sheet of chemicals used in Hotels and Resort.
  • Should have the basic understanding of water testing parameters such as pH, Chlorine, and TDS.
  • Should be able to educate the customer for current chemical range and portfolio.
  • Assist in developing sales strategy.
  • Develops prospective customer’s pipeline.
  • Regular customer interactions and on time proposal follow-ups of the assigned customers.
  • Forecasts and develops monthly/annual sales targets and maximizing market share.
  • Monitor competitive activities and market awareness in dynamic environment.
  • Identify and convert emerging trends and business opportunities into revenue or sales prospects.
  • Maintains sales volume, product/service mix, and selling price with conversant supply & demand, changing trends, profitable indicators.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from credit sales to the clients.
  • Prepares and implements credit policies for respective customer segments.
  • Reviews & ensures products/service deliveries on time while maintaining preset gross margins.
  • Resolves client’s complaints and disputes arising while retaining client in the base.
  • Strengthens ALBA brand recognition for market penetration by contributing as an effective team player.

Basic Salary:

USD 800/-
