KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the hospital/their homes
- Administer medications and manage patient care plans
- Monitor patient health and coordinate with home nurses and Nursing Sisters
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and hygiene standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse (SLMC/Nursing Council) with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home nursing or elderly care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a patient-centered approach
