THE JOB

The selected individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of strategies to achieve Sales Targets and Objectives in the assigned region. He/She will be tasked to recruit and increase the sales manpower in the assigned region, while monitoring and supervising the Branch Heads in the region, ensuring the respective targets are met.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Below 45 years of age, with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in life insurance sales or related financial services, out of which at least 3 years must be at a supervisory level.
• Past experience in a regional sales role would be a strong plus.
• Candidate should possess a good command of Sinhala/Tamil and ability to speak in English will be an added advantage.
• Should have a degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing or Business Management.
