We are BOI approved leading apparel manufacturer in Sri Lanka operating for more than 22 years in the industry with a remarkable history. Currently we cater to world-renowned retailers in USA, Europe and Australia. Our product portfolio consists of Active wear, Casualwear, Outerwear, Loungewear and Intimate products as well. Our state of the art production facilities are located in Ibbagamuwa, Kurunegala and Seeduwa, Katunayaka.

We are in a process of putting together a team of dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated leaders who will achieve their vision by supporting our business operation at Ibbagamuwa factory.

SENIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Key results areas of the job.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Executive to oversee daily operations in our garment factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, supervising staff, and improving overall efficiency. Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills are essential to meet targets and maintain smooth workflow.

Responsibilities.

• Plan and schedule daily production targets.
• Supervise and guide production line workers.
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage.
• Monitor raw material usage and stock levels.
• Solve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Ensure timely order completion and delivery.
• Implement safety and compliance measures.
• Work on continuous improvement for efficiency.

Desired profile.

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in production / Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in Knit and woven wear products such as shorts/pants/shirts/jackets/T-Shirts.
• Very systematic / analytical approach to problems.
• Strong process orientation.
• Excellent in human relation and motivates his team to achieve world class standard.
• Computer literacy and good communication skill.
• 3 years’ experience in this capacity.
• Candidates in the suburb of Kurunegala will be preferred.
