ASSISTANT MANAGER

BRAND & MARKETING COMMUNICATION

Location - Head Office

As an Assistant Manager - Brand & Marketing Communication, you will manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and brand communication. You will develop PR materials, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights while collaborating with agencies for media planning and public relations to enhance brand presence.

The Job Role

• Manage marketing budgets, coordinate campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of all marketing activities.
• Foster strong internal and external communication for a cohesive brand strategy.
• Develop compelling PR materials to enhance brand presence.
• Lead market research, analytics, and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Drive marketing initiatives and actively promote company products to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with agencies for effective media planning and public relations (PR).

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years in marketing, branding, or related functions (Banking/Finance experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• A dynamic, performance-driven individual with a passion for achieving results.
