EVENT MANAGER & HEAD OF CREATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concept Development: Generate original and innovative event concepts tailored to client needs and brand identity.
  • Design Supervision: Lead the design direction for event setups, including stalls, stage design, décor elements, and overall aesthetics.
  • Client Handling & Situation Management: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met while confidently handling last-minute changes or challenges.
  • Pre-Event Planning: Conduct site visits, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and plan logistics ahead of installations.
  • Event Execution: Manage events from concept to completion—ensuring seamless execution, on-ground management, and post-event wrap-up.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management and creative leadership (minimum 3 - 5 years).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to communicate visual ideas clearly.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
