EVENT MANAGER & HEAD OF CREATIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Concept Development: Generate original and innovative event concepts tailored to client needs and brand identity.
- Design Supervision: Lead the design direction for event setups, including stalls, stage design, décor elements, and overall aesthetics.
- Client Handling & Situation Management: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met while confidently handling last-minute changes or challenges.
- Pre-Event Planning: Conduct site visits, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and plan logistics ahead of installations.
- Event Execution: Manage events from concept to completion—ensuring seamless execution, on-ground management, and post-event wrap-up.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management and creative leadership (minimum 3 - 5 years).
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to communicate visual ideas clearly.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
