RECEPTIONIST CUM CALL CENTER (FEMALE)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answering the general inquiries and forwarding to the relevant person
- Answering the customer care hotline and providing customers the required information
- Assist with administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Possess good telephone manners and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer care skills and organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Pleasant personality
- At least 1 year experience in similar capacity
