RECEPTIONIST CUM CALL CENTER (FEMALE)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answering the general inquiries and forwarding to the relevant person
  • Answering the customer care hotline and providing customers the required information
  • Assist with administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Possess good telephone manners and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer care skills and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Pleasant personality
  • At least 1 year experience in similar capacity
