Store Executive-(In charge)
A leading hardware items distribution company situated in Makola, Kiribathgoda is looking for a dynamic candidate to our Sales department for the above post.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the administration and daily operations of Warehouse -Makola
- Drive business growth and ensure exceptional service delivery to all customers.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve pre-defined company targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong background in Automotive, business management, or sales.
- A preferred Store related diploma or Degree in reputed institute
- Proven minimum 3 years past experience in similar job role in a leading business entity with achieving business targets.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt to market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to guide a team.
