Personal Assistant
A leading company in grandpass is looking for a suitable candidate who can assist with personal secretarial work tasks in all areas of concern while maintaining confidentiality.
The job responsibility
- Maintain calendar of appointments.
- Maintenance and filing of records
- Coordinating appointments, meetings and other events.
- Communication via telephone, letters and emails.
- Travel arrangements.
- Personal work of MD
Ideal candidate should have,
- Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
- English written proficiency is a must with ability to independently draft letters in English.
- A minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity in a reputed establishment.
Working hours
Working hours will be on Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Saturday will be a holiday.
Remuneration package
Rs.50,000.00.
