ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER – CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of Customer orders to ensure accuracy and on time.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with Customers and internal departments.
  • Manage order registration, confirmation, revisions, and deliveries in line with Customer and operations set targets.
  • Ensure timely availability and accuracy of sales forecasts from Customers for internal planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers to support long-term satisfaction and trust following Company policies and guidelines.
  • Address and resolve non-technical Customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and communicate to Customers the actual orders/sales against forecast and push for more sales, sales order status.
  • Provide Customers with required documentation and support related to order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant management systems, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage team with training, motivation and performance.

Qualifications/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business with special subject in sale/marketing or Engineering with diploma in sales/marketing.
  • Literacy in IT (MS office, ERP) and fluency in written & spoken English is essential.
  • Proven experience of minimum 10 years in dealing with global Customers, sales order processing, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, people management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
