Position:

Work Study Officer

We are seeking a results-driven Work Study Officer to analyze and improve productivity across operations. The ideal candidate will support process evaluations, monitor efficiency metrics, and suggest practical improvements to optimize plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, record, and maintain productivity-related data.
• Conduct process and diagnostic studies to identify improvement areas.
• Propose and implement productivity enhancement strategies.
• Monitor resource consumption, wastage, and rejects, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate worker performance and current practices for efficiency gains.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed a diploma-level certified course in Work Study/Production/Manufacturing.
• 1-2 years of experience in a productivity-focused work environment is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively.
• Age below 30 years.
