Lakpa Footwear (Pvt) Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality footwear, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Senior Executive to join our team. As a Warehouse Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our centralized raw material warehouse located in Horana IDB Industrial Estate.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RAW MATERIAL WAREHOUSE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing leadership role to the raw material stores team & operation
- Ordering the necessary raw material based on the production forecast & coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing the raw material for the production process
- Entering the GRN & Issue Note on a daily basis & submitting to the Finance division.
- Monitoring accurate physical inventory with proper system updates.
- Manage & optimize the warehouse operation.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors for sub contract operation (Issuing & receiving)
- Coordinate with other department to meet production schedules & requirements.
The Ideal candidate should possess
- Sound knowledge in handling a computerized inventory control system (ERP) is mandatory.
- Should be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- 2 + years of experience in storekeeping inventory control or recordkeeping.
- Resident close to Horana area will be an added advantage.
- Should be a Male candidate.
- Age between 28 - 35 years.
- Working Time:- Monday to Saturday
