VACANCY:

We are seeking experienced & results-oriented individual for the following position:

ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity at a star-class hotel
  • A recognized diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in English – both oral and written
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for quick and accurate decision-making
  • Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
