Technical Assistant

Job Profile:

• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware/software and related Network Infrastructure
• Ensure network security is implemented and maintained as per information security policy
• Provide technical support to end users
• Maintain all forms of desktop devices such as PC, Laptops, Mobile devices, Printers, scanners etc.
• Liaise with vendors for 2^nd level support on desktop issues
• Bring in new innovations which may enhance the experience of the users

Candidate Pre-requisites:

• Holding a recognized professional qualification in IT
• Experience 6 Months to 1 Year
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Motivated team player with willingness to learn and contribute
