SERVICE MARKETING OFFICER (RATHNAPURA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contacting customers to update on their vehicle status, service reminders, offers and promos
• Visiting key accounts and stakeholders to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
• Achieving assigned sales targets to improve vehicle inflow
• Increase the service to at least 5 services per hoist per day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Part qualifications or currently pursuing studies in SLIM / CIM or other business-related fields
• Computer literacy with proficiency in using Microsoft Excel would carry an added advantage
• Related industry experience would carry an added advantage
• A good command of Tamil and Sinhala or English
• Age below 35
