MANAGER - FINANCE

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager - Finance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the financial management of our organization and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Review and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support audits and tax filing processes as required.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and solutions.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Fully Qualified in ICASL, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
