Network Planner (Assistant Manager)

The role holder will be accountable in planning and co-ordinating supply network for new products/new launches and promotional activities which are aimed at consumers to generate volume uplifts. The role further entails,

  • Identifies supply risks and builds contingency plans for new products and new launches.
  • Confirming Promotional supply to Demand Planner within the deadlines established.
  • Identify and highlight the opportunities for changes in supply networks.
  • Interface with other departments in solving critical problems to meet timelines.
  • Represent in meetings to discuss material availability or any material issues impacting availability of product to customer.
  • Develop strategies for material & FG planning and scheduling for new projects.
  • Determines continuous improvement plans and raised for discussion in S&OP meeting.

Who We Want

  • Holder of a Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Management/Logistics/Supply Chain/Science/Engineering.
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience in Customer Marketing or Supply Planning, Marketing or Finance or Supply Chain.
  • Understanding of the Supply Network to influence change.
  • High solution orientation.
  • Exposure in SAP or other ERP system.
  • A collaborator and a team worker.
