Employee Relations Officer - HR

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic HR planning to support organizational goals.
  • Monitor employee engagement, developing programs that enhance experience.
  • Handle employee grievances.
  • Monitor employee leave & Control employee absenteeism & Turnover.
  • Educate staff on HR Policies, Process & Standards.
  • Support performance management process, including appraisals.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma with 3 years experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee relations.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in Human Resource Management in any industry.
  • Familiarity with labor law and Regulations.
  • Candidates around the Puttalam & Madurankuliya area are encouraged to apply.
