INTERN - HUMAN RESOURCES (WATTALA)
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes and support the team to conduct interviews
- Provide general administrative support to onboarding process
- Assist in managing employee information in HRIS and databases, preparing reports, presentations and documentation related to compensation and benefits
- Ensure that employee records are organized, accurate and confidential
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary information and support
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An Undergraduate of a recognized University or Professional Institute who follows a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to build cordial relationships across all levels of the organization
- Should be well conversant with basic knowledge in HR
