Sales Consultant (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell luxury apartments to high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and selling luxury apartments.
  • A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and customer expectations.
