We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Customer Service Representatives (DPO) to join us on our journey in advancing global brand transformation. You will be responsible for helping to drive the development of an excellent working climate within the function.

0 - 3 years

Domain Requirements:

  • Billing reporting & analysis for assigned contract list
  • Client facing relationships & SDM/CBM account support as required
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries and reporting needs based on quality guidelines and desktop process.
  • Deliver invoices following specific requirements provided by clients.
  • Meet specific targets in regards time, quality & SLA to ensure long-term business relationship with customers.
  • Support with system updates to archive, track or provide evidence of deliverables.
  • Contribute in team support activities and share knowledge with peers to ensure customer’s requirements are satisfied
  • Validate data accuracy when it comes system updates and billing data maintenance
  • Data entry accuracy for customer’s web portal billing presentment needs
  • Complete administrative tasks required by the manager
  • Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to boost process improvement
  • Follow up on email communication with clients, track and monitor rejections ensuring successful invoice delivery to customers.
  • Completes designated tasks on time and in compliance with policies, procedures, and assigned schedules.

  • Location - THE OFFICES - Cinnamon Life, 130 Glennie St, Colombo 00200, Sri Lanka
  • Shift Timing - 6.30PM – 3.30AM (Standard Shift Timing), Reporting manager will notify if there is any deviation in shift timing in advance
  • Working Days – Monday – Friday with Weekend Off (Standard) – If there is any urgent client requirement, you will be asked to extend support during the weekends with the mutual understanding
  • Working Calendar – Has to work as per the assigned specific client calendar
