We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Customer Service Representatives (DPO) to join us on our journey in advancing global brand transformation. You will be responsible for helping to drive the development of an excellent working climate within the function.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Process Analyst / SME. This role will be responsible for accurately processing and tracking orders from booking to fulfillment while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Experience:
Domain Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the overall F&A or OTC cycle
- Should have work experience in Invoice Management
- Who has experience in end-to-end experience in Invoice issue, Collections and Cash application
- Experience with SAP
- Perform responsibilities for invoice generation, review of unbilled sales, processing of credit/debit notes, and processing month-end accruals
- Execute assigned activities within defined timelines and accuracy parameters
- Preferred: Experience in both Invoice Management and Collections
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in invoice, order processing, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.

- Shift will be decided by the project based on client's requirement.
