• Assist in maintaining network and system stability to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support users across departments, resolving technical issues promptly.
• Support and perform system updates, antivirus checks, and regular data backups.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware, Networking, or related areas.
• Any additional IT certifications are an added advantage.
• Preferably residing in Rathmalana, Dehiwala, or nearby areas.
