MERCHANDISER

Location: SELYN HQ - KURUNEGALA

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in merchandising.
  • Proven ability to plan, lead, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Creative background or interest in product development is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the complete merchandising process: product development, order confirmation, costing, and production coordination.
  • Liaise with design, production, and supply teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  • Monitor order timelines through accurate Time & Action (T&A) plans.
  • Assist in identifying product development opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs.
