We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the following positions to support our continued growth & to ensure that the day-to-day operations are coordinated & executed effectively whilst contributing to the overall company goals & strategy.

Trainee Merchandiser

Job Accountabilities:

  • Support on all merchandising functions and at times manage allocated accounts effectively.
  • Visit vendor's factories, sample rooms to follow up on key activities.
  • System updates, sample dispatches and support the merchandising department.
  • Work closely with the immediate supervisor to ensure key tasks are achieved.
  • Update systems and progress reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in merchandising field will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Associate Merchandiser

Job Accountabilities:

  • To respond to and follow up inquiries, issues and problems raised by clients and all Connor offices worldwide.
  • Approach all merchandising aspects such as T & A management, costing and product development in an organized manner.
  • Proactively work with the team to ensure company KPI's are achieved.
  • Follow up on business development leads, sourcing activities in allocated markets aggressively.
  • To communicate independently on inquiries, issues and problems raised by clients.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Merchandising.
  • Managing a customer directly is an important pre-requisite.
  • Willingness to learn in a positive environment is key.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), including the use of MS Word and Excel.

Production Merchandiser

Job Accountabilities:

  • To manage key client accounts from product development to order processing in all aspects of merchandising.
  • Responsible to drive business growth and provide value in service to the clients.
  • T & A management, costing and product development.
  • Tasked on ensuring company KPI's are achieved.
  • Ability to push business development opportunities & sourcing activities is a key responsibility.
  • To work independently on inquiries & troubleshoot issues and the ability to work with a small team.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in apparel or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Merchandising, managing a customer directly is an important pre-requisite.
  • Basic understanding of costings, WIP management is a must.
  • Experience in intimates wear will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn in a positive environment is key.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), including the use of MS Word and Excel is a must.
