Join our growing Seafood Distribution Team as a Sales Coordinator and help bring the freshest seafood to our valued clients across the island.

What You'll Do

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of the Sales Team - managing customer orders, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will,

  • Process orders and quotes while maintaining accurate sales records
  • Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support
  • Liaise with warehouse and delivery teams to meet customer timelines
  • Generate reports, update customer databases and support the sales team
  • Help resolve any delivery or product issues quickly and professionally

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service or coordination (FCMG or seafood industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, Excel and other related platforms
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of seafood products or cold chain logistics is a bonus
