Magical Moments is Looking for a Finance Admin and Procurement Coordinator!
Magical Moments, Sri Lanka's premier wedding & event planner, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Admin and Procurement Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our team in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
What you'll do:
- Financial Management:
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for designs approved
- Prepare detailed cost sheets for events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Handle all payments, both to vendors and from clients.
- Collection of payments from clients.
- Manage bank correspondence and reconciliations.
- Process payroll and manage salary disbursements.
- Manage Company accounts and liaise with auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Manage petty cash and advances.
- Manage inventory
- Prepare quotes for potential clients, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Research and build relationships with top-quality vendors.
- Manage purchase orders for approved event styling needs.
- Maintain accurate profit and loss statements (PNLs).
- Follow up on vendor quotes and finalize order sheets after budget approvals.
- Coordinate with suppliers for on-time deliveries and ensure quality checks.
- Maintain a comprehensive vendor database with updated information.
We're looking for someone with:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software programs.
- Prior experience in finance, procurement, auditing, or a related field (a plus!).

Minimum Qualification
Minimum Qualification AAT qualified, CMA qualified or CA Sri Lanka's CCA/CBA qualification
