Sales Engineer
Mechanical, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (MVAC)
JOB PROFILE
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MVAC sector to meet sales targets.
- Promote and sell MVAC products and services, aligning with customer needs.
- Provide technical consultations, interpret HVAC design drawings, and prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable MVAC solutions.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for seamless project execution.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC/MVAC sales, project management, or technical support.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, VRF, air handling units, ductwork, and energy efficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Valid driving license preferred.
