PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – ANDIGAMA

Who are we looking for?

Are you an outstanding team player with exceptional communication, decision-making and negotiation skills? As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production facility. You will work closely with the Area Production Manager to oversee and optimize the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area Production Manager to develop and follow production plans.
• Monitor daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements within the production department.
• Follow and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Certified qualifications in a related field.
• 5 to 8 years proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with production software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized and meticulous.
