Started by the British over a decade ago, in addition to its local membership, has an exclusive membership of expatriates from the Diplomatic Corps as well as heads of blue-chip conglomerates.

Director Food & Beverage
The Ideal candidate would be young energetic and self-motivated with the following professional qualifications coupled with the experience.
Key Requirements
- At least 03 - 05 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Degree from an accredited University/Hotel School. Hotel and Restaurant Management or a similar qualification will be an added qualification.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to maintain deadlines.
- Possess high level of commitment, integrity and adaptability with clear communication/ people management skills / excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-oriented and service minded.
- Above average computer literacy.
- Should be a self-motivated individual and a committed team player.
- Maintain professionalism within the working atmosphere.
- Should have ability to promote sales of the Food & Beverage Department.
- Ability to conduct staff training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations in the Food & Beverage Department.
- Inspection of premises and ensuring that they are maintained to hygienic standards.
- Delivering a superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to F&B customer complaints.
- Responsibility to manage all aspects of Club functions and outdoor catering events.
- Administrating Fitness Centre, Cleaning staff and Dressing room staff.
- Staff professional development and working with ISO 22000, GMP standards.
