ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

K2 Consultants (Pvt) Ltd is a leading MEP and Project Management Consultancy firm in Sri Lanka.

We seek a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment to join our organization as an Administration Executive.

Job Role

  • General office administration including basic finance and human resource functions.
  • Coordinate Project works, including schedules, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Generate various reports, including project status reports and project costing.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in general management/administration from a recognized institute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Be a strong team player and have a team-centered attitude.
  • Strong personality and ability to maintain sensitive information.
  • Strong computer skills and Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge/prior experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
