Limited, a growing leader in the canned food production sector, is looking for an Assistant Manager Administration to oversee and support technical operations at our factory in Madurankuliya. About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager – Administration to manage site-based administrative operations, ensure compliance, and support smooth functioning through effective coordination of resources, documentation, and staff services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative activities, including facility maintenance, transportation logistics, and office supply management.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to trade certificates and workplace safety.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to manage staff welfare, accommodation, and related services.
  • Supervise internal and external documentation processes for streamlined communication.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize administrative spending.
  • Handle disciplinary matters in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Oversee pest control and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Manage housekeeping operations, including sanitization and cleanliness, with proper record-keeping.
  • Lead front office operations and manage office infrastructure, facilities, and security.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in ISO certification-related tasks as directed by the ISO Management Representative.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with sustainability initiatives and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or HR Management could be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a related industry.
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems is essential.
