We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and can multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to provide information.
- Develop client relationships and secure clients.
- Assist with marketing activities.
- Support administrative tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks to meet team needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhalese and Tamil.
- Proven experience in the customer service sector with a focus on HR and recruitment. Experience with an employment agency, recruiter or HR department is highly regarded.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.
- Experience with platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other web-based tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Added advantage:
- Create content for electronic media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Develop content for publications and internal office use.
